Initiate Your Request
Log in to your HTF Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
